Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea have all qualified for the quater finals of the Champions Leauge with Liverpool likely to follow suit next week. Does this signify the rise of the English clubsides?
We've had them in the last three finals with Liverpool winning that memorable final in Instanbul.
Gone are the days when "average" continental teams like Fiorentina and Borrussia Dortmund struck fear into the hearts of the English. Today, traditional heavy weights like Milan and Real Madrid can no longer have easy rides.
Just ask "Uncle" Paolo Maldini and his team mates.
